Certified Recovery Specialist with a focus on opioid misuse disorder and re entry services for the newly released incarcerated population. When life experience in both taught me that in active addiction, and while incarcerated I was treated like a number not a human, it became my goal to make sure my voice was heard. I advocate for the lesser known populations, the stigmatized and the people who think no one cares to help. Finding housing and employment is not an easy thing to do when your whole life is stripped away from you.
